Shipping policies:

 

  • Not valid on international orders.
  • All orders returned will be charged the original shipping charges.
  • Free shipping for purchases over $50. Free shipping will be economy ground or USPS flat rate,  shipped within 2 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) with a total delivery time of 7-9 business days depending on the location the item is being shipped to. If we are having a problem processing your order we will send you an e-mail or try and reach you by phone. The order will be delayed if the order has a different ship to address than the billing address, this is due to the credit card verification process (up to 24 hour de

Free shipping will be economy ground or USPS flat rate,  shipped within 2 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) with a total delivery time of 7-9 business days depending on the location the item is being shipped to. If we are having a problem processing your order we will send you an e-mail or try and reach you by phone. The order will be delayed if the order has a different ship to address than the billing address, this is due to the credit card verification process (up to 24 hour delay)
    • You must choose the appropriate shipping method upon checkout. If you choose the wrong method, no refunds will be granted.
    • In rare instances we may need to contact you regarding your selected shipping method. We will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail as quickly as possible. In some instances Air (Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day) shipments may be subject to an additional charge based on the final weight and dimensions of your package.
    • Delivery Confirmation Services may be added to shipments at the discretion of Velocity Paintball, FedEx, The USPS and UPS
    • Cases of paint are excluded from Economy Ground Shipping and may include up to a $7.50 handling fee per case.
    • Refused orders will be subject to a $20 handling fee - please order accordingly.
    • Some sale items may be excluded.
    • Other heavy items or oversized items may be excluded on a case by case basis due to weight or may include a handling fee.
    • Airsoft BBs may include a handling fee of $1 per bag due to weight.
    • A Tracking number will be e-mailed to you (when applicable) after your order ships, you may need to check your SPAM folder for this e-mail (it is sent directly from the shipping company).
    • If you order contains products larger than what will fit in your mailbox or high dollar items, we suggest adding the 'signature required' option which has a $3.50 fee and you can locate this on the main side bar to add to your cart. Without this, your item will be left wherever the carrier deems appropriate. We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen once shipped.
